TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Local shipping within Singapore is delivered via Singpost Local Registered Mailing (Tracked) at a flat rate of SGD 3. Accessories Orders are fulfilled within 3-10 working days while Clothing Orders are fulfilled within 2-4 weeks and you can expect to receive your order 3-5 working days after the day of shipment. 

International shipping outside of Singapore is delivered via Singpost International Registered Mailing (Tracked) at a flat rate of SGD 15. Accessories Orders are fulfilled within 3-10 working days while Clothing Orders are fulfilled within 2-4 weeks and you can expect to receive your order 10-20 working days after the day of shipment.

KNARLY____ does not accept returns nor refunds (except for incorrect order/color/etc. on our end), however repairs and exchanges can be discussed. Kindly DM us on Instagram @knarly____ to arrange for a repair/exchange. The same mailing fees will apply.

Any additional taxes, duties, and customs charges are to be borne by the customer. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase.
